“Waste of time. They like wasting everyone's time. We've been getting check ups here for YEARS but honestly the receptionists and some doctors are unprofessional and it's getting worse. If you're using HMO, you need to schedule an appointment two days before the schedule. We went there to schedule 3 days prior the doctor's schedule—we were told it should be 2 days before the schedule. Alright that's our first time using HMO so we followed through. They said we should set a schedule before 4:30pm, we went there at 3pm and we're still not allowed to set a schedule because they said it's too late to schedule. (umabot ng 2 weeks na puro ganyan because the dentist is only available every sat) 🤣 They could just say they don't want any patients. Ngayon ko lang nakita yung reviews sa dentist thankfully hindi na don nagpacleaning pamangkin ko. (PS: different clinics in SM doesn't have this policy so you can check na lang and even if you're paying in cash—its cheaper!) My mom's doctor is from that clinic so when she had blood works & xrays to be done—we requested to get it done in their labs. They told us that we should go there the next day because the radtech isnt available that day (its noon so I assumed the radtech's work is done). The next day, I called to confirm kung may radtech they said yes, so I booked grab asap and we went there early as in around 10:50am we're already in SM. They messaged us at the same time that their radtech took a vacation leave. 🤦🏻♀️”
“I should have checked the reviews before having my cleaning here. The staff were okay. But the dentist who attended me was cold and robotic. The cleaning he did on me was hilarious. It took around five minutes. I couldn't believe my ears when he said it was already over. Compared to the cleaning I've had before in other clinics and other dentists, I would consider going to this male dentist at Prima Medica a complete waste of time. (Though I had a similar experience at Uni Health Sucat as well). I felt scammed. And who knows? I probably was, considering my HMO will pay him for his services. Though I can't really call it that :)”

Get my Dental Cleaning and 2 permanent filing here at SM SUCAT branch for the reason the its accredited by my healthcard provider. Was disappointed because after a week or two of the service everytime i eat something hard, like fried foods i feel discomfort and pain on the tooth where the "Pasta" was done. Instead of rescuing my tooth i guess it will end up being damage. AAlso, the cleaning is not good. When i get home i check in the mirror its like i don't undergo cleaning. 😂. Done my cleaning at Prefect Smile Last year and i am so satisfied. By the way. I go back to complain about the Service i receive and looks like they are not happy hearing my complain. Well, im not happy with the service too. Maybe its not the clinic but its the doctor definitely.
