“Two frames broke within four months. Although the first replacement was free, it was definitely not worth the price. Not durable at all. This was my first time using their service, and it will definitely be my last. My first disappointment occurred when I was texted by their staff that the eyeglasses were ready for pickup, only to be told after I got to their clinic—having left work to be there—that the eyeglasses were not yet ready because the frame I have has cracks. I had to wait a few more days to get my eyeglasses, far beyond the date they had promised they would be ready.”
