I wasted more than four hours here for nothing. First, I arrived at 1 p.m. but was told the ophthalmologist would arrive at 3 p.m. I asked if I could register first and just come back later so I could do something else while waiting. When I returned at 3 p.m., the doctor still wasn’t there, so the optometrist checked my eye prescription. She even made me feel like I was being scolded just for being confused with what I saw on the chart. Well, duh, that’s exactly the reason why I’m having my eyes checked in the first place. After waiting again, I was then told that the ophthalmologist would only arrive at 5:30 p.m. Since my LOA was already approved, I asked if they could just release the result of my prescription so they could proceed with the HMO charge. But when the staff asked the optometrist, she said no, they wouldn’t give it. So what was the point of that eye check then? I really wish I had read the Google reviews first before wasting my time here. Maybe this is how they treat HMO patients, but I do not recommend this clinic. Save yourself the time and find another center.
