The personel here were very accommodating, the vet seemed very knowledgeable and kind, she explained everything on our dog's health problem, and how to give her the correct dosage and which times we were to give her the medicine. I Highly Recommend!!

Sent our cat to get its shots and the second time was to get him neutered. The staff was certainly capable and competent. What I didn't like was the lack of transparency in cost of services. Verbally stated procedure was about 3K, then come time for billing it was inflated to 7.5K. I now understand the additional costs of take home medicine and overall how vets are incentivized by the pharmas - but it'd be more professional to be upfront about it and clearly explain the next steps ahead. Noone likes 'hidden costs' surprises, makes one feel they're being taken advantage of. Just wished they valued professionalism, hope they read this and address it.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED SPECIALLY FOR CONFINEMENT. Our lovely puppy have died in their hands with no first aid given to revive our puppy while it was confined at their place due to no doctor available at night. The assistant who’s at duty last night namely Gio/Jio seem didn’t care for our baby. We went there 12AM today and asked him if he vomited and confidently told us that she didn’t but when we requested to open her cage and check inside we saw that she was vomit on the corner of the cage. Shows that he was nor checking our baby from time to time. Before we left the hospital I told him to update us every now and asked if he has our number he confidently said that yes he will send updates and will after our baby. At around 8:30 AM that’s the only time that they updated us that our baby passed away at around 6am but didn’t let us know right away because they said its too early to deliver the news. When we asked them why there were no updates from them the doctor said that Assistant Gio/Jio don’t have the medical records and can’t find it that’s why he was not able to update us and Dr. Aurealyn Soberano also said that they are the one who sends updates to the owners and not the assistants. 1st of all why does the assistant don’t have the records of our baby? there are only 2 dogs confined at that hospital last night, our baby and 1 Dachshund who just gave birth. Isn’t there should be an endorsement to the one who will look after after furbabies specially the records so that they can update us whenever theres an update? 2nd why there was no revival attempt during our baby was suffering from pain? and lastly why they didn’t took care of our precious baby during the time that we trusted them to take care of our furbaby 😢
