I brought my Shamcey, a Shih Tzu as she is really weak and not wanting to eat or drink. She was attended to right away, tests were done, and results in less than 20 minutes. She was give meds and brought home. 4 days after our visit, Shamcey is back to her active personality!!! Thank you Premier Pet Health!!

I trusted this clinic with my dog’s life — and they let her down completely. Instead of doing proper diagnostics, they started treatment based purely on assumption, suggesting chronic kidney disease without confirming it with imaging or complete lab work. They kept her on fluids and gave oral meds while she was still vomiting, all while telling me to “wait and see” for days. Every day I asked for progress. Every day I got vague responses — no plan, no urgency. No imaging. No escalation of care. Meanwhile, my dog got weaker and weaker under their watch. I finally moved her to a real hospital, where they identified the actual cause — but by then it was too late. Her body was too tired and too damaged to fight anymore. I’ll never forget how they stalled, how they mismanaged her condition, and how they took away her only real chance to recover. If you love your pet, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Don’t wait until it’s too late like I did.

I do not recommend this clinic for emergency cases. My dog was on the verge of dying, yet they did nothing immediately to help. Instead of taking action, they kept calling their head vet, even though they were doctors themselves. The delay was unacceptable. If you want your pet to live, do not bring them here.
