The staff were welcoming, and the environment was tidy. Dr. Giana was thorough and kind. I felt well cared for throughout my visit. Would recommend to others

Was told to be there on a Monday morning for my results. Got there at 11.30. Waited until 2.30 to get the results. Throughout the 3-hout wait, staff repeatedly asked me for my cocolife card/id. They kept saying "asan na daw 'yung xray, narelease na daw," will wait for 30+ mins, ask for your id again, look for the xray, then say "yung xray, narelease na daw," rinse, repeat. Finally got attended to at 2.20pm. I, obviously frustrated and shakingly mad at the situation, answered the questions as the doctor asked. Doctor threatened that he will not "clear' my exam because I had an "attitude" when I already answered his question about tattoos thrice. Didn't know I had to be all smiles when they wasted 3 hrs of my day already. My feelings had nothing to do with the test, so why not clear it if it passed? At least the nurse was nice. Go if you really have no choice, but prepare hours of your day and a fake smile, because apparently, that can get you uncleared. 🤷
