Huge thanks to PPBCC Phil for always being there for my furbabies, especially my dog Chassy. She was diagnosed with Pyometra and needed surgery urgently — they responded fast, accommodated her right away, and took amazing care of her. 💕 They’ve been my go-to vet hospital for all the surgery needs of my rescues and adopted pets, and they’ve never disappointed me. Big thanks to Ma’am Jen (thank you po sa updates kahit sobrang busy nyo 🙏), Dr. Nikko Paolo, and the whole PPBCC team for being so kind, understanding, and supportive. I recently bought my Chow Chow dog, Chippy, to this veterinary hospital and had an exceptional experience. The staff members were incredibly accommodating and hospitable from the moment we arrived. We didn't have to wait for long before being attended to, which was a pleasant surprise. Chippy has a bit of an aggressive temperament, but the staff members were trained to handle such situations with care and expertise. They were able to calm him down and handle him carefully throughout the visit. They sedated him for a thorough checkup and updated his vaccines efficiently. It was reassuring to know that they took every precaution to ensure his well-being and safety. One thing that stood out about this veterinary hospital was their diagnostic equipment. They had the necessary tools to perform a complete blood count (CBC) and blood tests, which helped in diagnosing any underlying health issues. This capability greatly impressed me and showed their commitment to providing comprehensive care for pets. Another aspect that pleased me was the affordability of the checkup and vaccines. Our go to place when getting check ups for our pets! Very attentive and accomodating staff. Place smelled good unlike other vet hospitals that have a pungent smell.
