We arrived at 7:30am to avoid the long queue, thankfully Mimi was the first one. You have to pick up your pet by 4pm, cbc is optional for puspin 2yrs old below. they also have other services so bring extra cash! (they only accept cash) , I went back there before 4pm Mimi is still sleeping, she was released 4:40. They are all accomodating, helpful and will educate you very well on how to take care you pets Post surgery. Mimi was groggy for more than 12hrs after released , but she recovered the nxt day. Also the stitches are so clean! it looks like just a line on their skin, I had my other cats spayed before but this was the first time I saw a clean cut! Kuddos Doc! Im happy I found this clinic its very affordable, will go here again for my next rescued cats 😸🐈

Took so long for them to release the pets (because they were still sleeping). Expect another hour to wait for them to wake. There are no bathrooms near this place, so you have to travel to Jollibee in front of Munisipyo just to pee or do business. But there is 7-eleven beside PPBCC where you can buy cheap foods or drinks. You also have to go early as possible. It took 5hrs to wait for them to release so find somewhere near where you can stay longer. There are lots of hotels in Mandaluyong but quite far from PPBCC. When I got my baby back, she was still groggy and that's normal. But you have to wear their e-collar to avoid them licking their incisions. If you're a commuter, please use cages that aren't like a birdcage. I noticed that they're anxious when they're seeing strangers or hearing vehicles.

efficient system for booking appointment online but lacks efficiency when you're already there. First off you sign up for a certain time to bring your pet but when you get there your pet's going to have to wait again since their operation is a first come first serve basis. We were therr at around 10-11am for my dog's surgery and we went home by 430 PM since ang dami palang pets na nakapila. They also don't have online banking when paying so you need to prepare cash. Facility is clean and impressive but lacks aircon and more space for people in the waiting area. There's parking for guests which is always great!
