Postura by Cebu Center for Scoliosis and Osteopathy

I am suffering from a condition called spinal stenosis for years. Back pain is something that I am accustomed with. I used to be hospitalized for my condition and I am a regular patient of PT clinics. Typically, it would take 3 weeks or more PT sessions before I find relief and functional mobility with traditional Pt. It is only in Postura that I truly experience relief, after just one treatment. Last month, my back started to be painful where day to day activities are unbearable and I take strong pain meds just to get by. I live in the US now but fortunately I have the chance to travel back to the Philippines every now and then. Last September 9, I flew to Cebu, thank God for pain meds, I was able to get by with the long travel. Fortunately, I made an appointment in Postura the day I arrived ( 3 hours after my plane landed). I was treated by Doc Roselle and after two hours of treatment, the pain and stiffness in my lower back was gone. I was able to accomplish what I was set to do in the Philippines and I had 2 more treatments before I came back to the US. One week after I was back in the US(Sep Sep 27), I was able to trek and climb Table Rock summit and walked most of that day in New Hampshire. Thank you Postura and thanks a lot Roselle. I would not be able to continue to do the activities that I love to do if not for you and your healing hands.

The building is very clean and welcoming, and the staff are equally so. The PT is very knowledgeable and will easily and gladly teach and guide you through the exercises and your condition. Made me, L5-S1 bulging disc, able to be more mobile again and decreased nerve pain in two-three months of pt. 10/10 would go again if needed.
