My boyfriend got admitted here due to URTI, and the staff was very nice. Rooms: The rooms are clean, spacious, and nice. On the 7th floor, there was a microwave we could use, and the room had a hot shower. Emergency room: The ER was not hectic, and they attended to us very fast - my bf got a bed before I even finished parking. Nurses and doctors are approachable and kind. Staff: They respond FAST after pressing the nurse call button. Very professional. Guards will ask you to wear a mask. That's a plus. Prompt as well in ER. Parking: Parking is FREE, unlike the other hospitals nearby. Billing: They had multiple HMOs. They'll process it as soon as you're in the ER. No queues in our experience, although it took half the day to get discharged - no complaints because they processed it all and just made us wait in the room.

We rushed our daughter to the ER last Friday afternoon, worried about dehydration. The team promptly referred us to an OPD pediatrician who specializes in the concern at hand. We weren’t charged any ER fees, and she was accommodated immediately as they directed us to a doctor who was readily available—no need to wait in line for our turn. She was admitted until Sunday. The room was clean, and the food was not bad at all compared to typical hospital meals. They also offer spacious and free parking, which was a big plus. The staff was transparent about every test being done and explained what each one was for. They even proactively provided a running bill without us needing to request it. Throughout our stay, everyone—from the medical team to admitting, billing, HMO, and PhilHealth—was smiling, respectful, and helpful. We only paid around ₱17,000 for a 3-day stay, which is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hospital over other nearby options. They may not be a 5-star facility, but their compassion and commitment to patient care truly stand out. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire hospital team for the outstanding care and compassion shown during our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency at every level–from reception and nursing staff to the attending doctors and support teams. we had an excellent treatment from the hospital and its staffs. the room was neat and clean. my husband was admitted for 4 days and he had everything he needs. the food taste really good. i personally recommend them than perpetual which is a nearby hospital.
