My Day 4 session experience with PMP Pain Center was not good enough due to improper expectation setting regarding time. It was not clearly explained to me that if I arrived late for my appointment, the remaining time would be deducted from my session. Because of this, instead of having a 30–45 minute session, I received less than 20 minutes, yet I still had to pay the full amount. The reason I was late was because of heavy traffic, which I did not anticipate. I even sent them a message that I was already on the way, but I did not receive any response or follow-up from their staff. When I arrived, I was told that they only read my message late, but still, there was no effort from their side to respond. This made me feel that they were not concerned about their clients. I also only found out from my therapist that this was their actual policy, which was never properly advised to me by the staff beforehand. I hope that in the future, their staff will be more aware and detailed when explaining important service information, instead of giving incomplete explanations that clients may not fully understand. This should have been clarified as early as my first session. Now that I am already on Day 4 out of 6 sessions, I feel very unsatisfied with today’s service because my session time was limited but I still had to pay the full amount. On top of that, I did not feel that their staff were well-accommodating or genuinely concerned for their clients.

Orthopedic (from MakatiMed) gave me a prescription for PT rehab for 2 sessions per week for 2 weeks with a total of 4 sessions. I only need 4 sessions, but PMP says they have a fixed rate of P30k for 12 sessions. What a scam.
