PMP Diagnostic Center Incorporated (PMPDCI)

I’ve come here for prenatal lab tests. For OGTT 75g, I stayed here for 2 hours and it wasn’t so bad. There’s air conditioning and electric fan and usually ample seating. The only complaint I have is how there’s so many flies all the time. I would recommend coming on a weekend (they are half day 7am - 12nn) for less people and better service People probably say it’s poor service because there are so many patients during the week

why was the nurse so rude? the guard instructed me to go directly to ate nurse so i can get instructed, when i went kay ate nurse, i understood that she was still busy with another patient thats why i waited knowing na theres still pila because i’ll just ask a question about what form should the guard give to me. i asked her POLITELY and she immediately cut me off and say “ay nakikita mong may ginagawa ako, pumila ka dun kung gusto at kaya mo”. mind you, i noted na pinasabi ni kuya guard to go DIRECTLY. i would’ve understand her if she had told me nicely but she was so rude abt it 🙁 she ever rolled her eyes on me, ate i know you are tired, underpaid, and overworked pero its not hard to be nice especially kasama yan sa pinag aralan niyo and thats your profession.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff were RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL, especially the nurses at the nurse station who responded with attitude instead of proper explanations when asked simple questions. The process was incredibly SLOW and completely DISORGANIZED. There was no proper system, and despite the long lines, the doctor was nowhere to be found even after hours of waiting. Instead of focusing on their work, the staff were busy chatting with each other, completely ignoring the patients who were waiting for medical attention. It’s unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
