One big awful and very traumatizing experience when we had our poor dog operated. The vet made us believed that he'll be closely monitoring our dog post surgery. He even said that the next 24 hrs post op will be crucial and he'll closely monitor our dog. Low and behold, next morning after surgery, around 8:00am, we were updated only to be informed that sadly our dog died at 4:00am. If there was someone closely monitoring our dog, then how come we were only updated 4 hrs after our dog died? We were all in shock because after the surgery we were able to visit him and he was stable and groggy from the anes. meds. But he was opening his eyes. What bothered us the most is, he reasoned out that his Vet clinic is not a 24/7 clinic. This made us question then, who looked after our dog during the night then? Yes, somebody was there but they are not veterinarians and are not trained to looked after dogs if in critical condition. There were other more reasons that didn't make sense to us that made us doubt that our dog's care was disregarded. Our dog may have been a senior dog and it may have been a risky procedure, but we were lied to when the vet said that he would CLOSELY MONITOR our Dog. He's not just a dog, He is part of our family. I made this review to caution other dog parents out there. Find another Vet clinic who is very much more compassionate and professional.
