Your clinic is clean and has a very welcoming vibe. Therapist are all skilled, well trained, attentive and very accommodating. Rehab programs were also effective as I was able to attain full flexion and extension in just a few sessions. As a first-time attendee of physical therapy sessions, I can confidently say that I will always comeback to this clinic due to my magnificent experience I had at PhysioFirst. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, joyful, and professional. The clinic was always clean, and the equipment was top-notch. I had been dealing with upper and lower back pain for months due to mild scoliosis, and within a few sessions, I started feeling noticeable improvements. Ma’am Chez explained each exercise clearly and adjusted them as needed to ensure I wasn’t overdoing it. I appreciated how they listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had about the process. I feel much stronger, my pain has decreased significantly, and I’m confident in the exercises I’ve been given to continue my recovery at home.
