Very long waiting time even with an appointment — had to wait over 2 hours just to be seen. The clinic was disorganized and didn’t update patients on delays. When I finally saw the physician, they seemed rushed, uninterested, and barely explained anything. I didn’t feel heard or properly examined. Poor service overall. Would not recommend unless you have no other choice. Needs serious improvement in both professionalism and efficiency.

I would like to express my concern regarding the quality of service during the medical screening process. Specifically, the waiting time between each station has been excessive, often exceeding one hour before proceeding to the next step. In my experience with other medical clinics, the process has generally been more efficient and better managed. I believe there is room for improvement in streamlining your procedures to enhance patient experience and reduce unnecessary delays. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in the near future.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ EMPLOYEES especially the nurses, medtechs, the females from the psych test area, and that short female doctor in the PE area are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Please talk to your clients properly regardless of their statuses. The staff from the registration area are far more respectful and approachable compared to the licensed ones. Have some respect. You don't deserve to be called professionals if you act highly and think highly of yourselves. PHYSICIANS DIAGNOSTIC CENTER, FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!
