Accompanied my wife for her request for refund. Staff was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure things get done. Very limited parking space but guard on duty allowed us to double park momentarily.

I had the most professional service for a PCR Test from the PRC Molecular Laboratory. They answered the inquiry calls from my sister on Day 1 and provided clear instructions on what to do. They answered the follow-up calls and even on the day of the swab test. Polite and patient response to inquiries. The swab test is conducted between 8AM-5PM and they could not give exact time because they follow a planned route depending on where the Quarantine Hotel is. I was the last one as my hotel was furthest. They took my test at 3PM and I got the results at 8PM, same day. Impressive. Very polite and professional Filipinos. They said that the most common issue for the patients was incorrect email address provided to them. Therefore, even if the results were done, the patients don't receive it as the email address provided was incorrect. Therefore, it is very important to input the correct details when you register online. Finally, I placed my faith and trust in Jesus Christ that everything will be done properly.
