Representatives are so nice and approachable. They will guide you accordingly with all the procedure needed. We had our test last July 14, 2021, good thing is that you can track the status of your specimen on the link sent to your email. Which is a good thing as you'll have the visibility I just hope results can be released right away regardless of the outcome. PS: As of July 15, 3:30pm we're still waiting for the result. Update: Results received July 16, 1am. Took more than 24 hours but still within the 48 hours which is nice.
