They could have put a sign, in all entrance, where to proceed for the RT-PCR test. The open air collection area is commendable; however, they could've put some privacy between the patients.
Scam! Open Monday to Friday only. Don’t book appointment online on weekends. COVID Test results take more than 24h. PH Red Cross should be ashamed.
Terrible, staff are time eater, luck of knowledge. Poor customer service.i would not recommend batangas redcross.
