This is my first time being a patient in this hospital's E.R. I have been to various public hospitals, but it was here that I truly felt valued as a patient. They are incredibly attentive and respectful to their patients. A big shout-out to Dr. Tan of the E.R. and to the MSWD (Medical Social Work Department) team who helped me. May you all live long, and May more public servants become like you! 🙌

I met Dr. Doloroso on July 24, 2025. He took care of me when I had a fracture, and he also performed my surgery last October 15. Anyone who ends up under his care is truly lucky as he will never abandon you until the very end. He is approachable and very kind. He shows genuine compassion for his patients. I hope there will be more doctors like him who truly care for their patients. To others working in the medical field, I hope you won’t be rude. Whether a patient is rich, middle class, or poor, all of them are going through hard times, especially during times of accidents. Thank you as well, Dr. Ayanna. Even though you are not my doctor, you have been very kind to me, and for that, I am forever grateful to you and to Dr. Doloroso. Thank you very, very much.

Honestly, the doctors, nurses and even some interns here really need an attitude check. They might get the job done, but the way they treat patients is just rude and unprofessional. It’s like they forget that people come here because they need help, not to be disrespected. The place itself is dirty and not well maintained, and there is no proper parking space which makes the whole experience even worse. For a government hospital, this is really disappointing.
