PGS Medical Clinic and Laboratory

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this clinic and it was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for patients' needs or concerns. The lack of a decent waiting area added to the misery—there wasn't even a chair to sit on. I had to endure a grueling 10-hour wait standing outside the clinic, which is simply unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this clinic's services. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your medical needs.

The experience was just not for me, we went to the clinic at opening time and waited for about 20 minutes to get our tests done. We opted for an xray, but had to wait for about three hours for the x-ray truck (?) but there was no bench for us to wait (inside and outside) but we eventually went to surrounding stores to wait and eventually got on with it. Really bad service, it could be improved by waiting benches or the like.
