Visited 2-Jan-2021 as walk-in. They prefer appointments according to the notice at the door. Only 1 companion per pet. They have chairs outside. If walking in, talk to the assistant (he may be inside so call his attention). There's no queue indicator so if you don't want others to "overtake" you, try to establish one by trying to find out who came before you, and talking to who came to you next. Di ko ito nagawa kaya naunahan ako sa lista nung sumunod sakin. The waiting time would of course depend on the cases ng mga nauna; for vaccines only I noticed na mabilis lang sila. Overall it was a very good experience (P250 consultation fee plus medications I think is okay na). Will edit this as I go here for more visits.

Really fantastic service. Everyone is very accommodating and the veterinarians are really caring. Highly recommended!

Don't expect them to prioritize your pet's life if you had them checked in another clinic. They'll ask you for referral letter first kahit emergency. Don't bring your pets here without a referral letter if you got them checked somewhere else. Kung emergency take them somewhere else. Some fair good points though, understanding naman sila when it comes to financial issues, also friendly enough ang doctors nila.
