This is by far the best vet clinic we’ve ever visited in terms of service and care. The veterinarians here take the time to explain every procedure or test, what they’re doing and why it’s needed. That kind of honesty and communication really makes a difference. I wish I had known about this clinic before. We previously went to a clinic near shell in Lahug, but sadly, there was no vet available, only an attendant. My dog passed away there, and there was still no vet around to help. It was heartbreaking. Pets in the City raised the bar so high. They always have vets available, and you can really see that they care about your pets. The staff are kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. Some reviews mention having to wait outside, but for me, that’s not a problem at all. What truly matters is that your pets are safe and well taken care of. And here, they definitely are. I really appreciate the way they handle both pets and pet parents. You feel respected, informed, and reassured every step of the way. I highly recommend Pets in the City to anyone looking for a vet they can trust.

I highly recommend them! I wish I knew this hospital before. I have been to Animal Kingdom aside from they are very expensive the staff are not accommodating. I have tried Caminade too they were okay but did not check my dog properly. I took my dog to Cebu Veterinary Doctors due to pyometra. The surgeon there seems professional but the other doctors, the staff and the hospital itself is unthinkable. I paid almost 80k pesos all in all. They even asked me to pay the full amount before treating my dog. It was just traumatic experience.They did so many tests and gave so many medicines. I just went to Pet's in the City to spay my dog. Their prices are really reasonable and never have I ever heard a hospital that gives discount. It was really helpful and my dog recovered so well from the surgery. They are not just there for business but will really take care of your dogs and prioritize their well being. Thank you so much Pet's in the City.
