Staff - All staff are friendly and accommodating. They know their regulars by heart 💖 Ambiance - Given the space available, they've maximized it while making sure all pets and fur parents are comfy Price - They are above average price when it comes to fees but I think the other factors compensate for it. If you are looking for an old school type of vet, they're not for you but if you want quality care for your pets then they're the best in the area.

I brought my cat in for a check-up and the experience was really disappointing. The vet was literally googling the symptoms and couldn’t properly explain what was causing my cat’s wound. They seemed inexperienced and unsure. The lab result updates were slow, and even the treatment plan was labeled as “possible treatment,” which didn’t inspire any confidence. It felt like a complete waste of money. I’m definitely never returning to that clinic again. Very, very bad experience. We had to go to a different vet to find out other illnesses that our pet had that weren’t disclosed to us. Very shady, incompetent and unprofessional, specially the way they handle things. Initially even had to tell one of the “doctors” to please check the source of the illness and not the symptoms, ‘cause the said “doctor” was just asking us to pay and buy meds for the symptoms that our pet continues to suffer from whatever it was that they can’t or won’t pinpoint, until I told them to please check the source of the problem. And yes, they won’t answer inquiries because they want you to ask them personally so they can charge you with your questions. Our pet needed to be confined in their clinic and we already paid a lot of money and already very agitated because of the unclear and obviously broad and restrained info they are giving you before they answered our queries and concerns on facebook messenger. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing. They should chabge their name to MoneyLandia.
