The staff and vets are genuinely caring, nice, and accommodating. They patiently answered all my questions and concerns, and they explained their diagnosis and findings thoroughly. My pet was confined, and they provided updates periodically through SMS or Facebook Messenger (with pics and vids!). I can't express how much I appreciate their service — it reassured me that my pet was truly well taken care of. Thank you for taking care of Maui until her very last moment. Knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared brought comfort during one of the hardest days. May she rest in peace.

The clinic is very clean, unlike the ones we used to go to before na malakas ang amoy and all. Sa clinic nila, very clean and sanitized! All the staff are so welcoming, the doctors REALLY explain everything before you could even ask any questions. Like wala ka na masyado maitatanong because they already explain everything beforehand. They are very accommodating. They took very good care of my Flavy for 3 days. Now he’s at home playing with our 3 other cats na. Definitely a 100/10!

It was my first time to go to the clinic (Jan 29, 2025). Before I went here nagbasa muna ako ng reviews about the clinic. All I can say is that this clinic (and it's staff) deserve all the best things in life. The staffs are very kind and welcoming, not a hint of intimidation can be felt from them and the clinic itself is clean (super). Love how they said "ingat po kayo ma'am" as we leave the place. A solid 10/10
