Very disappointing experience with PetMania. This veterinary clinic did not properly take care of our dogs. This is already the second dog we brought in as an emergency, and both times we were met with the same response: “Bakit kasi ngayon niyo lang dinala?” instead of immediate concern or action. As pet owners seeking urgent help, we expected compassion and professionalism, not blame during a stressful situation. Emergencies happen, and what we needed was care; not judgment. Sadly, this clinic failed us when our dogs needed help the most. This veterinary clinic is NOT PET FRIENDLY. THEY ARE ONLY HERE FOR BUSINESS.

Super bad experience ever!!! We have an emergency, our dog suddenly didn't respond to our call which caught our attention and we immediately go to the nearest vet which is this vet. My brother arrive at their old branch which they told him go to their new branch. So, my brother immediately go there. Unfortunately, the veterinarian ignored them. Take note, this is an emergency as our dog is not breathing. My brother talk to them and said " short sila" and bakit ngayon lang dinala". It happened on December 24 at 4-6pm. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DI KO ALAM BAKIT NAG OOPERATE PA TO. LOL, WALA RIN SILANG GENUINE CARE SA DOGS NA DINADALA RITO. 2 BRANCH PERO NO IMPROVEMENT????
