1. Animal accessories, animal clinic and a mini zoo in 1. 2. Staff are very accommodating and approachable. 3. Vets are very competent 4. It has a waiting area and parking area as well.

Please fix and update your time schedule. Google Maps lists your clinic as 24/7, which is why we came here during an emergency. We chose this clinic because it was close, only to find out that it was not actually open. This is misleading and unacceptable, especially in emergency situations.

We brought our dog here in a critical condition as we have been told upon arrival. We were advised properly as to her condition and all needed lab tests to be done. However, they would only do all tests on payment first policy. I even asked if they would accept installment since we are out of budget at the time but they just won't allow it. One of the things I noticed is that they would send you video updates such as the lab results, video recordings of how she was doing etc thru messenger but lacks some explaining so we were clueless about all those things they were sending. We had to ask further clarifications just to know what was going on. Unfortunately after spending around 16k, our dog died within 24 hours. On the other hand, they gave us a discount on our final bill which we appreciated somehow amidst our grief. Nonetheless, we just thought had she been given that blood transfusion early, maybe she's still alive. However, we are not blaming them for the outcome just to be clear. In my personal view, I find most of the animal clinics here in our country to be so expensive. Some would just bring their pets back home and let it die since they cannot afford to pay for all expenses which is so depressing to know. I hope our legislators will look into this for our pets' future sake.
