I trust this vet clinic. They saved my cat from parvo back in 2022, and every interaction with their doctors has been easy and reassuring. They also update you through SMS and is very responsive. Though the services may be a bit pricey, the quality of care is so worth it. Your pets will truly be in safe, compassionate hands here. ☺️

All staff are nice, and accomodating. Helped us a lot with our queries even tho it’s late at night.

This feedback is based on my partner’s firsthand experience. Our dog was in critical condition and, according to my partner, they waited for almost an hour before being assisted. There were several staff present, but no one attended to them promptly. In my opinion, I cannot recommend this hospital based on the experience my partner shared 👎👎👎👎👎. Very disappointing for a place that calls itself a 'Veterinary Hospital.' I hope management reviews their processes, as it may be more about staff attitude than the hospital itself. Concern for patients matters, please be more empathetic and consider how it feels to be in a fur parent’s situation. This review is my honest opinion based on my partner’s account and is intended as constructive feedback on the service provided.
