Pretty impressive. Staff & Vet doctor really easy to get along with. She explained in simple terms the overall status scenario regarding our dog. G/F, reception & products: 2/F, consult cubicles and ICU unit; 3/F, I assume to be the hospital and boarding. Pricing was reasonable. Cash/Card available. Doggie getting better at home at the moment. Perhaps this place will now become our "Go To".

My experience with them has been consistently excellent. The Vets expertise and care during my pets' dental prophylaxis, castration, and neutering procedures were exemplary. The clinic's facilities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their commitment to preventive care, including yearly vaccines and check-ups, gives me peace of mind knowing that my pets are in good hands. The entire team at Pet House Veterinary Clinic truly goes above and beyond to ensure the health and well-being of our furry family members.

Have been going here consistently since this is the nearest to my house and the service has been great so far except that I felt today they just keep on pushing additional tests to my dog instantly. I inquired to the vet again what could be the possible reason if not pancreatitis (that was the test they were recommending to me) because my dog kept pooping and vomiting. The doctor explained a bit condescendingly to me when I was just asking to make sure if my dog needed the additional test. She said at the end that they're waiting for the results of her fecalysis to be sure so then why are they recommending another test when they're still waiting on results? This irked me the wrong way but I've felt for a while that they just want you to keep doing all these tests but since I'm worried about my dog's wellbeing then I would end up agreeing. We ended up not needing to do the additional test because the results from her fecalysis essentially told us it's not needed. There should be more logic and more careful thought behind when the vet recommends the tests my dog needs.
