Not enough good words for this place. Staff, wonderful Dr Eli is knowledgeable, kind & just a good person to care fore the ones I care about. Has all the latest tools & information, I felt like I was back in the US with my vet of 15 years. If you need, they can provide. Oh yeah, let's not forget the great groomer that also takes special care of my buddy.

My cat was mishandled by another vet, so we decided to transfer here — and it was the best decision we made. They know exactly what they’re doing. The clinic is filled with exceptionally well-trained professionals, and they’re also fully equipped. They handled my baby with so much care, and we even witnessed how gently they treated other animals. My cat didn’t even tremble or show any signs of fear. You can really tell that the people here love what they do and genuinely care for animals. From the moment you step into the clinic, you can see how clean, hygienic, and sanitary everything is. All the equipment they used on my baby was visibly sterilized. They gave us clear instructions, treated the previous vet’s poor surgery properly, and the best part — my baby’s wound healed faster than expected, in just 3 days! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10000/10—this is hands down the best clinic in town, and I would highly recommend them no matter what kind of pet you have. Even my pet gives them a paws-up!

I really miss the former vets here. they were experienced and gave me confidence during stressful visits. The new vets still need a lot more experience. When I brought my dog in after accidentally taking a pill, I was expecting clear instructions and immediate action. Instead, the tone felt too casual (maybe to keep me calm) but as time went on, they were still discussing what to do instead of acting quickly. In an emergency, pet owners need urgency and assurance, not what feels like a long meeting while time is passing. I hope the clinic invests in better training for new vets so clients can feel the same level of trust we used to have. The sense of urgency is zero
