Friendly and accommodating! The clinic is also very clean and relaxed even my demon dog was chill enough to approach everyone in the room so you just know everyone there cares for animals. Doc knows what to do and is gentle with my children 🐶 and gives clear instructions afterwards.

Since early 2023, Pet HQ helped us cope as pawrents to our newly adopted mixed-breed Golden Retriever. It's been a long while since we had a pet dog at home. And my wife and I don't have much idea about bringing into our care a foreign breed of a doggo. Worse, we weren't warned that such a breed would grow many times beyond the size of his cage and weigh to 20 kilos at the age of one year. The friendly Vet and staff at Pet HQ aided us in many ways in caring for and treatment of our agressive and fierce Golden Retriever/Belgian Malinois pet. All his jabs and oral immunizations were done at Pet HQ. In my opinion, it takes experience to handle a pet like our Jeepy. To compensate for our lack of knowledge and experience, we're learning fast, and reliant on Pet HQ's assistance. Therefore, I encourage pawowners to try their services (like the new grooming service) at Pet HQ and see how it makes a difference.
