SCAMMERS!!! I brought my dogs in for grooming, and first impression was terrible there was so much dried piss all over their front door. When we entered it smelled terrible. We decided we'll just get their nails trimmed because we didn't like the place but the other groomer we went to had a full waitlist and the dogs really needed to get their nails trimmed. They sent a guy in and said "eto marunong naman yan magpaligo" and we said nail trim nalang and they initially insisted na paliguan nalang. I had my helper help him hold the dogs so they would calm down. He ended up cutting one of my dog's hind leg's nail so short it almost reached her paw. He tried to roughly apply some yellow powder (might ne expired styptic powder tbh) and before we went home they tried to overcharge us for the trim and said it's Php200 per dog EVEN AFTER nasugatan un isa. They also tried to overcharge us for vitamins. My dogs really needes Vit C and I was surprised to hear na almost Php3000 Bill namin when I asked 2100 daw un ALLER-EASE!? tapos 450 daw yung Vitamin C na small bottle (Php 189 lang ang SRP neto) tapos pinalitan ko un Aller-ease ng coatshine tapos they tried to charge Php600 for a bottle!!

Brought our dog Beagle for Vaccination but the staff including the VET was scared. My dog could sense that they were scared, hence my dog's hostile behavior. They did not earn my dog's trust, are the staff and the Vet really professionals?
