Dr. Sajuela and the staff (Kaye and Ryan) have been very accommodating and quick to spot issues with our German Shepherd puppy like his allergies showing up as rashes underneath the coat of his hind leg. Their facilities are clean and because they frequently clean it, you won't smell any of the "usual accidents" pets make indoors. Highly recommended!

Doc Vyne is really hands on in taking care of Kurei. She also offers online or videocall consultation. Accommodating staff!

Very dissatisfied, they asked us for food but didnt tell us the one bought wasnt right so our pet wasnt fed throughout the night, we had to be the one to mash and blender it bcs they thought we’d be the one to mash it. I received a total of 2 updates from them throughout the entire time of my pet’s admission, one for the first day he was admitted and the next , to say sorry for my loss. I had to be the one to continuously ask for update. We lost him, and frankly if toledo had more options for a vet we’d never be back. If you can bring your pet to a better clinic in the city, id recommend you do so.
