Highly recommended. This has been our vet for more than 10 years. Dr. Rommel is very accommodating and easy to talk to. Staff is also nice and calm, making our pets feel at ease as well. They follow up on us when vaccines are due. Concern for our pets is there and they see to it that they know their customers well.

Highly recommended!! Dr. Rommel is the best Vet. He's very accomodating and helpful. His kind aura makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The staff are kind and very accomodating. The place is small but clean. Kuya Tata, their groomer, handles our puppy very well. Their price is affordable as well.

It has been over a year since my dog died. I finally have the courage to write this review, although I will be maintaining my anonymity. My senior male dog bled out and died because this vet didn’t perform an x-ray, and instead, assumed that forcing a suppository would address his constipation and induce bowel movement. Had I known there was some kind of blockage or internal bleeding beforehand, I would not have approved such an invasive method. Looking back, the vet was so aggressive with it too. I fully believe that we could’ve spared my dog from a brutal death had the vet ordered an imaging test, or at least referred us to a clinic with the proper facilities instead of inserting a suppository without assuring its safety. The worst part? I paid them even though my dog was violated and died so horribly. It has been over a year, and I’m still in distress. I was in denial for a very long time. I even made excuses for the vet because my parents were furious and wanted to retaliate. But the issues that followed finally made me realize that the biggest mistake of my life (as a fur parent) was bringing my dogs here. Before realizing how awful this place was, I had 2 of my other dogs groomed. One of them developed an infection a few days later (now I know that they leave your pets wet for 2+ hours), plus her dental health declined rapidly since then. I’m suspecting that they tugged on her mouth and head area a lot, which caused fractures in her already weak teeth. As for my other dog, they shaved his balls too close to the sac, which irritated the delicate skin. And obviously, it would be extremely itchy as the hair grows back, so my dog (still a puppy) kept biting the area, which caused further irritation, swelling, and pain. I’ve had my dogs groomed elsewhere before — only at Pet Cradle did one of them come out with overly shaved, swollen, irritated testicles. I’m the idiot for continuing to bring my dogs here, but fool me thrice and I’ll leave the review you rightfully deserve. That’s three strikes just for one client! I should probably sue for malpractice and emotional distress (literally had to take antidepressants because seeing my senior dog bleed out was so traumatic), but hopefully this review just saves all of you from making the same poor decisions. I know vets can’t save every life, but consistent incompetence and negligence is unacceptable. Please go to a different vet and groomer. Do not risk your pet’s well-being.
