“Special thanks to Dr. Sam Mison and Chanice who assisted him. We came in for an emergency on Dec. 26 and were initially told by the staff that we would have to wait for the next doctor. At one point, they even recommended transferring to a different clinic because they were unsure if the next doctor would arrive. Dr. Sam, who ended his shift and was about to exit the clinic, heard this and told us that he would take our case. He was attentive and patiently answered all of my questions. His assistant, Chanice, was very gentle towards our cat. We appreciate their kindness.”
