I haxe visited the clinic several times since i had my trabeculectomy in Feb 2023. There's a good list of specialists you can choose from to attend to your concers but you have to know the days they are in. It is very important that you call for an appointment prior to your visit. The assistive staff is warm and respectful to the patients. The clinic is within a mall, You can go one floor down and have a meal or walk around to while away your time. The waiting area is limited, But so far, I did not have any problem with that.

I accompanied my mother walking in here on a Satuday around 1pm to get her biometry done per her eye doctor's referral. We were readily accommodated upon approaching the desk. Since we had no prior appointment we were informed we will have to queue up and would be attended in about half an hour. We used a health card for this and was surprisingly approved in no time. The staff members were pleasant and assistive. She underwent three steps and concluded everything, with the printed results, in nearly an hour. We would say we were satisfied at least with their biometry service. Could not comment on the other procedures for now. For improvement - Due to limited floor space, the patient waiting area is outside the clinic. The clinic staff have to access the glass doors from time to time to call on the patient being serviced next. A queueing display system could improve this. - Some of the outside steel benches on the waiting area were broken.

Pros: Reasonable waiting time (we called a few days in advance to secure a schedule) Courteous doctors and staff. Kudos to Drew and Dr Nasol. Cons: Waiting area can get full. As far as I could tell, they have no dedicated staff to contact HMOs for Log approval. In general, still an excellent place.
