Perez-Rivera Diagnostic Clinic Company

Dr. Perez (lady) conducted the circumcision of my nearly 15 yrs old son last March. She didn't allow me or her staff to be in the room while conducting the operation (i don't know why she wanted to do it just by her own). It's more done 2 months already but my son's thing is still swollen so messaged them and sent her assistant some pictures but no answer instead they blocked me on facebook. Poor service, doesn't respond to messages. I was just asking for some advice regarding my son's situation. Dr. PEREZ is very unprofessional. She could have reach out to me to give some advice but they just blocked me totally.

Unprofessional staff. Never again! Staff treat ALL patients poorly, instead of with concern. They think patients go there have no money like in a government clinics or barangay health centers. They somehow changed their policy regarding medical certificates. they won't issue you one if you go there for a check up without any symptoms. They require you to be sick when you come in the clinic: *with fever* or something that warrants bed rest BEFORE they will issue you a medical certificate. I know because i used to go there for years. Btw, they don't have any restroom of their own and will let you use the dirty building restroom if you have to give urine sample. Not exaggerating but using that dirty toilet will get you more sick. Just go somewhere else but here. Not worth the trip.

No special lane for Senior Citizen. Cashier does not automatically issue receipt for medicines bought inside their clinic. Xray results took days before it were released.
