We came in after hours to the ER to ask for the doctor to fix my dog's IV. They were upfront and direct with me that only the administrator was allowed to fix it. To alleviate my anxieties, she explained thoroughly: 1 How it currently looks (how to check if her antibiotics were fully administered before the IV stopped, it was good). 2 The next steps for tonight (to close the IV until we go back to my dog's vet) 3 What to look out for (how to check if my dog was reliant on the IV, looking out for vomiting and such) 4 Better avenues (we talked extensively about how it affects my dog and how we can alleviate things for her, how special recovery food could be used in lieu of the IV, etc.) 5 The rationale for their inaction (and why they do not let their current patients go home on an IV) We went home feeling our anxieties lifted. If we didn't live so far we would have opted that they become the default vet for my furbabies. Bless your clinic! Hoping for the best!

We never knew our Shih Tzu was pregnant until we bought her to this Vet Clinic... And immediately they did all tests when we told them Charms wasn't eating much. Good thing we brought her here as aside from her being pregnant, she was diagnosed of having ehrlichia.
