It is my second time to visit this clinic, and I gotta say, Dr. Jovy and her team do a great job in taking care of our pet cars. I got a second car named Harry and he just finished operation on getting his balls off (neutered). Prior to visit, Dr. Jovy already provided me instructions on what to do. She’s really approachable to inquiries. The operation was fast and took only about 30 minutes (10:10 - 10:40 AM). After that, I received clear instructions on what to do and how to take care of my pet through medication. No fuss and going around the bush. Thanks Dr. Jovy!
