This is our go to vet hospital whenever our cats need extra care. Our 11 cats have been confined here due to FPV, FIP and Calici. All I can say is that our cats were given the outmost care and attention 24/7. All of our requests are granted and they handle our cats as if it’s’ their own. BEST SERVICE EVER! HANDS DOWN! From the assistants, nurses, admins, and doctors and even the cleaners, all of them greeted us with warm smiles every single time. I would like to acknowledge the professionals who served us with compassion and quality service. Ma’am Liezel, thank you for making our time at PCBP bearable. You helped us survive this challenge and made us calm even in times of grief and desperation. Doc. Keren, thank you for saving the lives of our cats. I can now attest to the reviews of others saying that you are one of the best doctors since we experienced it firsthand. We are truly grateful for your compassion. Our cats are fortunate to be under your care. May your passion for saving others burn brighter! Doc. Queenie, thank you also for catering us even in the most unexpected times. We really appreciate your service and composure during stressful situations. As I have previously mentioned, you are one of the top doctors we encountered. May you save more patients! Nurse Christian, thank you for all your efforts and sacrifices to make sure our cats will go home safe. We appreciate you always going the extra mile for our cats. Dear PCBP, First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you and the entire team for taking care of my 11 cats. You have an excellent facility and a very clean hospital. I would also like to commend Dr. Keren for her exceptional treatment plans and tireless dedication to making my cats well. Out of the 11 kittens diagnosed with FPV, 8 survived—this is a huge success, especially considering that they were all unvaccinated. Her efforts truly made a difference. Secondly, I want to extend a special thank you to the nurses upstairs, especially Nurse Christian—he is our favorite. Without him, our experience would have been much more stressful. We witnessed how careful and compassionate he was with all our kittens. He always listened to our requests, and even on his last day of duty, he went the extra mile to be there for the discharge of Roger and Banlagi. We really appreciate his dedication. I would also like to thank Ma’am Liezel for her patience with me, especially during times when Doc Keren wasn't around and I was feeling overwhelmed with stress. Her kindness and understanding meant a lot. Additionally, thank you Sir Jason and Ma’am Aoki for the thoughtful freebies when we discharged the kittens. Compassionate to all animals: We’ve been working with PCBP since we rescued one of the cats from Salcedo Village. With the teamwork of all staff, and vets Carl has not progressed but glowed. The vet we’re working with is detailed to their assessment and treatment plan, not rushing into a result rather, gentle and accurate approach to our cat. Thank you to all staff and vets in PCBP. They don’t discriminate whether your cat is from the streets or has a breed.
