The owner and staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and always go the extra mile to ensure the best care possible. I appreciate that they are honest and transparent, even when unexpected situations arise that are beyond their control. In those rare instances, they handle things with professionalism and empathy, which is all you can ask for in a service as important as this. Do not believe the 5 star reviews of Marishell Chua, lisa lgo, and Ruth Turley. Those are obviously scripted and the accounts are affiliated with the shop itself. Everything they say is contradictory to what we have experienced. When we entrusted our late pet cat Mist to them, we waited for hours for the vet to arrive, she was late, and when she arrived, she was not in her professional clothes, she asked a few questions, we answered them, she said he was dehydrated, then, already the vet wanted to confine Mist on their facilities without even an explanation as to what his condition was. So us being the first time visiting a vet, agreed. Which was a big mistake. Our first visit to that vet clinic, on Aug 9, we already spent ₱4150! Days pass, he was not getting better, we visited Mist at around afternoon of Aug 10 Saturday, they said then again that he was low on platelets, and that for some reason they were gonna delay his testing of FPV till next week, why? What was the reason for that, he should have been tested as soon as possible to determine what really was his condition. Around 11pm later that day, the vet called us saying our Mist was on critical condition and that they were trying to ‘revive’ him and we said okay since we still trusted them. An hour after that at 12:06 am Sunday morning, not even 2 days after we’ve confined him there on their facilities, our Mist died. We got this text from a random number saying he didn’t survive and he was gone. We were devastated. We replied back after 10 mins that we were going to get him out of there already. We only traveled for around 10 mins and surprise surprise. There was no vet in there, not even a nurse of someone professional, the lights were almost out and only one of the groomers was in the facility. We asked him what was the reason for Mist’s death, he couldn’t answer. We asked him a lot of questions and all his answers were “i dont know.” We took mist out of that clinic grieving and full of regret. We should have never left him in there. The owner of the clinic called us a day after my partner left a review here on this app. Begging for us to take down the review because he said it was out of malice and that it was going to damage the reputation of their clinic. Me and my partner are only stating our experiences. Their clinic is newly established. They lack in equipment. They are slow to take action, our pet has only been in their care for over 2 days when he died, and he died WITH NO DIAGNOSIS because of their slow coarse of action. So no, do not believe the good 3 good reviews that are in this app as of the posting of this review. They are in response to the on to our review in which they begged us to take down. None of those are authentic reviews, obvious by the overly optimistic construction of the statements. Wag niyo pong ipagkatiwala ang may sakit niyong mga alaga sa kanila. Magsisisi po kayo.

If I could rate this clinic as zero, I definitely would. A few days ago, my friend’s cat died. They have been rescuing high-need cats for a couple of years. They trusted this clinic and paid whatever they needed. They are not even taking the time to discuss procedures and plans with my friends. The staff, including the veterinarian, was very unprofessional. Why? The time that they announced that my friend's cat had died, we decided to go to that clinic ASAP. What we found was that neither a veterinarian nor a nurse were there. We are expecting them to have an explanation of what happened, but they are gone! It was a very strange experience; don’t ever go to this clinic!
