My mother was rushed to ER because she was for admission. At first, I was having second thoughts weather if I should proceed with the treatment of my mother because there are lots of patients and I observed that there were only two nurses that are roaming the ER to take care of all the patients. I would like to give my warm appreciation to Sir Mar Anthony and Sir Paul (ER Nurses) for taking good care of my mother until she was discharged. They are one of the best Nurses that you could have in PDMC. The treatment took too long because of the procedures but despite having lots of patients, those two nurses multitasked and do well in terms of caring their patients and explaining the procedures and treatments well. Having a smile throughout a tiring work and giving laughter to the patients and the relatives are hard to find to a nurse, especially an ER nurse. My husband also works at the medical field and I can tell of tiring their work is. I hope they still give the care that they gave my mother to any patients and I do also hope that the nurse-to-patient ratio will be fixed because having only two nurses in the ER is dangerous. Good job to PDMC for having a great Nurses!

It seems the phone number is not working. I’ve been trying to call for two days to clarify the medicine dosage, but no one has answered. Unlike other hospitals that are very reliable, it’s been difficult to reach anyone

i’m grateful they accepted me in the er kasi walang available na general doctor sa intellicare outpatient. The thing is, the way the nurses handled the blood extraction and inserting of the dextrose is way too unprofessional tbh. sa blood extraction, unang beses, ang tagal nung nurse mag extract ending onting dugo lang nakuha nya, then bumalik sya sakin need daw ako ulit kunan ng dugo kasi nagka error yung machine(this time around marami ng dugo ang nakuha sakin). Then sa pagkabit ng dextrose, the first time went smooth but we waited for almost two hours and hindi nauubos yung dextrose kaya nagtataka kami(we did not know how it should look like kasi hindi naman kami palagi sa hospital) then chineck nung nurse and there is indeed something wrong either the dextrose kaya sabi nung nurse na incharge sa dextrose “re-insert nalang po sa kabilang kamay” edi go sa kabilang kamay, then she tried to find where to stick the needle which took her minutes and when she finally felt where to insert the needle tinanggal nya agad and called someone else to do it instead which she told the other nurse na may “pumutok” daw😬 in conclusion, it should have been 2 needles na tinusok sakin but they ended up with a total of 5. 3 put of it was a mistake. it’s like a trial and error on their end🫤 I kept calm because maybe it’s just really hard to find my veins for them? but with my previous experience with other hospitals this had never happened before. I suggest going with other hospital instead of here. mistakes like this are very alarming especially when your life is at stake🫤. I hope someone would do a temp check on the staffs of this hospital if they really all know what they are doing before actually serving people.
