Pasig City General Hospital

Culture shocked. Kudos to this hospital. We tried other public even private ones but this one by far is the most fast paced ER we experienced. Sobrang bilis and accommodating ng nurse and doctors. Got the lab results real quick too.

My experience at Pasig General Hospital was highly disappointing. I sought medical attention for a swollen foot, arriving at the hospital at 1 PM. After spending 12 hours waiting, I finally left at 1 AM without receiving a proper diagnosis or effective treatment. The assistance was inadequate, and the service was exceedingly slow. Throughout the day, all patients, including myself, were administered IV drips and left seated in chairs without any substantial progress in our care. This experience fell far short of expectations, and I am dissatisfied with the level of service provided.

I was at the second floor building earlier to see my obygyne doctor so I grabbed a sit to wait while my mom was downstairs dealing with the so called "encoding" when we're actually scheduled today- I was there minding my own business then a random nurse approached me and asked me things like "what are you doing here?" "why are you here?" and I told her I was scheduled today for my appointment then she gave me a confused look like as if I'm not supposed to be there and then respond back with "oh you're gonna get your eye checked?" and I was ABSOLUTELY lost because I literally explained her that I came to see my obygyne doctor but she made an assumption that I was looking for the optician because apparently she saw my stye/chalazion on my left eye lid WHICH I'M COMPLETELY AWARE OF-! another nurse chimed in and said "you're looking for the what? ohh obygyne I thought you were looking for the optician because of your stye- hahaha! go wait at the back not here." the second nurse said that out loud, when I mean out loud like LITERALLY OUT LOUD. People heard it and gave me looks, I went to the very end of the waiting area and just can't process how unprofessional and how insensitive that was. like I understand you're a nurse but not everything has to be pointed out. and I told those nurses multiple times about my scheduled obygyne appointment, not everyone thinks your so called "playful banter" is enjoyable I actually don't like what I heard because I was embarrassed and public humiliated. And if you're reading this review- THE two nurses up the obygyne; you were very insensitive. I know majority would call me out as a sensitive patient but let's be all real here public humiliation is not a joke and you better take this as a lesson. I expect nurses to be open minded, trusted, professional inside and outside of work. So eventually I told my mother about it I didn't like it, I honestly cried because there were many patients up there when that nurse pointed out my stye and we left completely abandoning the appointment. this isn't my first time experiencing bad service in this hospital- I've always thought I was the one with issues but I observed the patterns YES I can confirm the service is bad, the nurses are rude and unprofessional. Hope you take this as an opportunity to improve your facility than view my feedback as an attack. 01/13/2026
