I speak of my experience when I delivered my baby just this month. The ob doctors, clerks, nurses and other staffs are attentive to their patients. They may appear snob but they are kind. They will treat you the way you treat them. If you are disrespectful and uncooperative, expect that the staffs will be mad and scold you. I was at the OB ER room and labored for 3 days, but they did everything they can to help me and my baby until after delivery. Yes, it is tiring because some meds are unavailable inside the hospital. But if you talk with the doctors, they will suggest other meds as replacement yet effective. You have to have lots of patience since they cater to a lot of patients, too.

I’m giving it 5 star because the surgeon who operate my father is just phenomenal! Dr John Patrick See. and his colleagues Dr Sta Lucia and Dr Simaurio. Very kind people. Makes sure that the patients understands what will be done and what is going on. They are just amazing human being! The hospital is also nice, its just that sometimes the nurses and other staff are unhelpful. Specially laboratory people. They’ll make you wait for ages for something that can be done right away.

Been here for ENT check up. Schedule is Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday. You have to be there by 6am because that is the time they will list your name for appointments and there is only 15 slots to be taken. So better be early to secure your slot. After that you will wait for 7:40-8am because the security guards will give the numbers according to the list. After that you will wait for the doctor to arrive. And in my exp the specialist arrived at 10am and was accommodated at almost 12am. So it is just more on waiting but still worth it since it is FREE. Yes its FREE. Just bring snacks because you gotta wait for a long time.
