I have been suffering from back pain for so long that I finally decided to solve my long-standing problem. For me, the service is not good, especially when there is an emergency. For background, they did acupuncture on my shoulder. The first session was okay, but the second one, my whole body was paralyzed and in so much pain. I asked for an immediate check up because they really couldn't answer what went wrong with my session, but they ignored the urgency of the situation. I asked for a second opinion at another clinic and they told me that maybe the needle was inserted incorrectly, so they targeted a muscle that wasn't the issue. It took a while for the swelling to go away in the part where the treatment was wrong. The experience was very traumatic.
