1/16/2025 Early in the morning I scheduled my mother for 3pm ultrasound appointment. (they confirmed my appointment later. We arrived at 3 p.m. sharp. Upon entering, I counted five people inside. We made the payment for the ultrasound and waited. However, as of 5 p.m., the doctor still hasn't arrived. Notable concerns: 1. Lack of apologies for delays. 2. Mission and Vision statements contradict actual experiences. 3. Limited operating hours (until 5 p.m.) - no doctor still at 5pm? 4. Poor online reviews (Facebook and Google). 5. No updates from staff regarding the doctor's estimated arrival. 6. Three patients (with unknown concerns) have already left.
