Pros: Kind and understanding vets (special thanks to Doc Bea), sends video updates via fb messenger, reasonable price (not inexpensive and not overpriced), professional staff Cons: Long waiting time (prepare to wait for at least an hour), you'll have to wait outside because they don't allow furparents to go inside, limited parking slots

Staff are polite and very efficient kumilos helping to make the waiting time shorter. The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate towards their patients/clients. It seems that all of them (staff and doctors) are genuine pet lovers so at ease ka na your furbabies are in good hands However the waiting area could use some renovations. Masyado mainit in the afternoon and maingay since it's beside a busy road. The pharmacy needs to stock up on their items/inventory as well

Doctor didn't double check my number when she texted me for an update so I didn't know my cat died until after 15 hours has passed when I went to their clinic. Upon giving me the body, it was already smelly because they didn't even follow the basic protocol of wrapping up the body. I have to request it to be wrapped in plastic because they just put it in a box. The above are basic stuff they should be able to do right!
