My happy place. Their facility is very clean and inviting that makes you focus on being healthy and well. Staff are all accommodating, very professional, and they walk their talk - everyone is in great form and you see them actually working out. They provide excellent personalized treatment for rehab, Prehab, and strength and conditioning. Can’t recommend enough!
I arrived to PACE with low back pain I had been carrying for long and had failed with other therapies. Since the first session I started feeling better, sometimes I would feel a bit sored the next day because of the training but that would mean feeling better the next few days. I love their approach, relieve the muscle pain and start working out to gain the right muscle tone. Good job team, on top of their good work they are a great human team 🧡
