Unfriendly STAFFS in terms of public service. ALWAYS NO DOCTORS. They always say that all doctors will go home/go out every 4pm and no doctors left to attend to their patients and ER. Poor Service, PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR CITY HOSPITAL. You don’t deserve to be paid for your bad services.

My boyfriend and I went to Ospital ng Malabon for an emergency check-up because he was having trouble breathing. We arrived at 2 pm, and they told us the doctor was in a meeting. We ended up waiting for almost 4 hours, and when the doctor finally saw us, they just said my boyfriend was perfectly fine and that it was probably just stress. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since my boyfriend couldn't breathe properly, and the doctor simply suggested he practice breathing and try to calm down. To make things worse, the guard told us we couldn’t leave without completing the "MALASAKIT" process, even though nothing was done for him. The staff was unhelpful, and the whole experience felt like a waste of time.

To the public: if you have a valid complaint, you may access the 8888 complaint hotline website (just search it here on google, am lodging mine there since apparently, the hospital's google form/survey/CSS doesn't work). The Civil Service Commission/ARTA/Office of the President is running the website, and any irregularities from this institution's Citizen's charter may be placed under audit/investigation. To the staffs of this horrendous place, please do not practice medicine/customer service if you are bound to be not empathic. It is stressful to all of those involved. Also, do not place your Nursing interns on the Triage area without the supervision of your permanent staff. They are not well equipped yet with the knowledge in handling different cases, and should just be shadowing their supervisors (since they were allowed to sign/log on the patient's record).
