Oral Care Specialist Dental Clinic

Called to set an appointment and confirmed if their dentist is Dr. Tan, A. I’m not from Bacolod and a friend just recommended me to see her. I was just confirming the doctor’s name because google says only the name of the clinic and not the name of the doctor. The one who answered the phone was so rude to state that i should know the doctor’s name ahead of time and she was very impertinent only with that thought. What a shame! That’s why i called to confirm in the first place. If you don’t need patients, or don’t treat your clients with respect, there are hundreds of dentists in Negros that’s more competent, kind, accommodating and pleasing. If over the phone the staff is already rude and conceited, i could only imagine their attitude in person. Keep it up!! 😛
