Nice frames and really good service from the guy who assisted us. My only negative experience was with the lady who did the measurements of our lenses. She was too aggressive for my liking, and made me feel like she did not want to be there. Their other staff were really good. She probably should not be facing customers and best placed to work behind the scenes without contact with customers.

Daisy is very professional but one of her colleagues shouted, "Daisy, sa labas nalang yan!" while we are trying to talk to Daisy about the glasses' modifications. She could've told her in a nicer way. That behavior doesn't seem professional and doesn't honor the client who just bought something from their store. I hope they can be coached on how to give a better customer service experience. Scored this a two dahil baka yung mga ganung employee pa makababa sa business nila, dahil walang genuine care sa customers. Pero the glasses are superb, aesthetic, mukang matibay, and very affordable. Thanks.
